Hello- If you are a returning member, and your child’s appearance has changed significantly, please email a new headshot to neattack@gmail.com (head and shoulders only, forward facing) in JPEG format, less than 2MB in size. If you are new to the club, please send the headshot as well as a JPEG of the birth certificate. Please indicate in the subject line what team your child is rostered to.
